This program trains students to work under the general supervision of accountants in accordance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Day-to-day operations covered include processing accounts receivable and payable, customer invoicing, account reconciliation, delegating office tasks, and preparing operating budgets. Students work with both manual and computerized accounting and payroll systems, and graduates can pursue the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
